What you get

Two statements, every month. Reconciled, reviewed, ready.

Not a dashboard you have to interpret, not a PDF that shows up eventually. A clear, accurate picture of your business — the same two things a finance team would hand a business owner every month.

The deliverable

Your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

Profit & Loss Statement

Shows what your business earned and spent over the month — revenue, expenses, and what's left over. The number you check to know if you're actually making money.

Balance Sheet

Shows what your business owns and owes at a point in time — cash, assets, liabilities. The number a lender or investor looks at first.

What "reconciled" actually means

Your books match your bank. Not approximately — exactly.

Every transaction from your connected bank account and card is categorized in QuickBooks. Then we confirm the balance in QuickBooks matches your actual bank balance, transaction by transaction. That's what "reconciled" means — no gap between what your books say and what your bank says.

Before it's called done

A person checks it — every month, without exception.

Routine transactions are categorized automatically. Anything unclear is flagged and reviewed by a person before the month is closed out. Your statements aren't finalized until that review is done.

Where you'll find it

Inside the QuickBooks you already use.

Your P&L and Balance Sheet live in your own QuickBooks Online account — no separate portal to log into, no PDF to go searching for. Pull them up anytime, or export them straight from QuickBooks whenever you need to hand them to a lender, an investor, or your tax preparer.

What it's good for

Numbers you can actually act on

Handing off to your tax preparer

Clean, reconciled books mean less back-and-forth and fewer surprises at tax time.

Applying for a loan or line of credit

Lenders ask for exactly these two statements — ready to go, not scrambled together last minute.

Knowing where you actually stand

A monthly, trustworthy answer to "am I making money" and "what do I have in the business" — without doing the math yourself.
